This site runs with no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, and no cross-site tracking. We collect only what you type into our forms, we use it only to respond to you and run your scan, and we never sell it. Here is the full picture in plain language.
Who we are

What information do we collect?
Only what you give us, plus the minimum needed to keep the site safe:
- Audit request form: your name, phone number, email, business name, website, and what you want to fix first.
- Free visibility scan: your name, email, business name, website, and the keyword you want scanned.
- IP address: recorded when you run a scan, used only for rate limiting so the free tool cannot be abused. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or fingerprinting. The only thing this site stores in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, which never leaves your device.
How do we use your information?
- To run the visibility scan you requested and show you the results.
- To reply to your audit request with findings and a recommendation.
- To prevent abuse of the free scan through rate limits.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.
Which services process data on our behalf?
A small set of infrastructure providers, each doing one job:
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
- Supabase stores scan requests and results in our database.
- FormSubmit relays audit form submissions to our email.
- DataForSEO powers the map and search lookups. It receives only your business name, keyword, and map coordinates, never your contact details.
- Google Workspace handles our email.
How long do we keep it, and what are your choices?
We keep lead and scan records for as long as we need them to serve you and to understand how the tool is used. You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email lou@rigalmedia.com and we will handle it, no forms and no runaround.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will not quietly start tracking you; if that ever changes, it will be stated here first.
